Community Conversation

Community conversation is a process whereby members of the different communities come together, hold discussions on their concerns and by using their own values and capacity reach shared resolutions for change and then implement them.

The day-to-day activities of community conversation are handled by you working closely with the community health officials. It is important to use the opportunity of meeting the community in the quarterly meetings for HIV/AIDS and other diseases so that you can raise the community's awareness about adolescent and youth reproductive health issues.

In the following sections you will learn the specific health promotion activities that you need to undertake for young people of different age groups.
